Chief Justice Sir Patterson Cheltenham has advised lawyers to upgrade their technological skills.

He made the comments as several attorneys-at-law gathered at the Hilton Barbados this morning to get a first-hand look at how to operate and address problems encountered with the newly upgraded Apex Curia e-filing system for court documents.

The workshop is an initiative of the Barbados Bar Association and the Registration Office of the Supreme Court.
Deputy Registrar Irene Stephney said since the introduction of the e-filing system in 2021, there has been an increase of efficiency within the system. (JB)
