They came together to pay their respects to the former Acting Chief Technical Officer of the Ministry of Transport, Works, and Water Resources (MTWW) in the Courtyard of the ministry’s headquarters in The Pine. Deputy Prime Minister Bradshaw had described Tudor as a hands-on individual who devoted his life to the Ministry for almost four decades.
