Share FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 422 At least one man is in custody following the robbery of two elderly women along Culloden Road, St Michael on Thursday morning which was captured on video and widely circulated via social media. Police Communications and Public Affairs Officer Inspector Rodney Inniss reported that around 11:40 a.m., two women, ages 71 and 65, were robbed by three males. “One was reportedly robbed of jewellery, chain and a bracelet and suffered some injuries to her hand, wrist and neck,” he said. The short video showed one of the women struggling with one of the assailants, dressed in all black, as he attempted to take away her belongings. Investigations are continuing.
