Soca artist Ricardo Drue has passed away

Antigua – Soca star Ricardo Drue has died. According to reports by the Antigua Observer and the Antigua and Barbuda Broadcasting Services, Drue was pronounced dead at Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre  while receiving treatment around noon Tuesday.

He had been rushed to the hospital after being found unresponsive.

Drue, who is is known for his soca hits ‘Vagabond’ and ‘Professional’, was engaged to Trinidad and Tobago soca sensation Patrice Roberts.
