HUMAN RIGHTS CALL

In light of the many conflicts and “unfairness” in this world, Barbadian and United Nations (UN) officials on Monday evening urged people to practise equality and equity in everyday activities and interactions. The call came at a joint commemoration of the UN 75th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and acknowledgement of human rights defenders, hosted by the Canadian High Commission.
