The 26-year-old boat tour operator of Upper Carlton, St James was not required to enter a plea to the charge that on April 3, he unlawfully wounded Kirk Sandiford with intent to maim, disfigure or disable him or to do some serious bodily harm to him. He is also accused of using a firearm without having a licence to do so on that same date. Senior Counsel Michael Lashley represented Green in association with Senior Counsel Angella Mitchell-Gittens.
