Police said that around 6:36 p.m., the deceased’s body was removed from the water and a female beachgoer administered CPR. Personnel from the Ambulance Service were summoned to the area, and they transported him to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he subsequently was pronounced dead by a medical doctor. The victim is about five feet, eleven inches tall, and is about 220 pounds. He has a dark complexion. The man was dressed in a plaid beach plants and lime green underwear. He was wearing no shirt and shoes.
