The former resident of Nelson Street, Bridgetown, and Stage Two Jackson Terrace, both in St Michael, is accused of having unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl without her consent, knowing she did not consent or was reckless as to whether she consented, between December 17 and 22, 2017. While the complainant was present in the court, the accused was a no-show. Noting that Gordon had not been present in court when the matter had been called previously, Justice Pamela Beckles issued the warrant for his arrest.
