Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes imposed the sentence on Dwayne Ricardo Elliott of Signal Station Road, Flagstaff, St Michael after pleading guilty on Wednesday. Elliott was reprimanded and discharged for the offences of possession and possession with intent to supply the illicit substance.
