This leave has been granted, and as a result, the following adjustments to the courtsโ schedule have been made. There will be no sittings at the Criminal Division of the Supreme Court of Barbados, including Criminal Courts 2, 2A, 3, 3A, 4, 4A, 5, and 5A. Matters set down for hearing in the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Barbados and the Civil and Family Divisions of the High Court will proceed as scheduled. Additionally, during this period, there will be no hearings at any magistrateโs court with criminal jurisdiction island-wide. Matters set down for hearing at the District โAโ Civil and Domestic, Coronerโs and Juvenile courts will proceed as scheduled. All offices of the respective high courts, magistrates’ courts, and the other departments of the Registration Department will remain open.
