A St Michael man accused of drug trafficking was granted $816 000 bail when he appeared in court today.

Christopher Dave Hinds, 32, of #40 Lodge Crescent, appeared before Magistrate Wayne Clarke in the Holetown Magistrates’ Court, a week after being arrested by officers from the Firearms and Guns Unit of The Barbados Police Service.

He is charged with trafficking cannabis and acts preparatory for the purpose of trafficking cannabis.

Magistrate Clarke set conditions for Hinds’ bail. The accused must report to the District ‘A’ Police Station and surrender his travel documents. (TBPS/BT)
