Police investigate 2 shootings in Christ Church

Police are conducting investigations into two shooting incidents, the first occurring at Sheraton Centre, in Christ Church. 

Barbados TODAY understands that a man ran into popular barbershop, King of Fades, and locked the door in an attempt to escape two men on a motorcycle.  The two assailants then shot through the door of the establishment and rode off. 

Moments later, there was another shooting, this time at Silver Sands, Christ Church, where a man was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment after being injured. 

According to eyewitness reports, a group of men had been liming in the area when unknown assailants on a motorcycle opened fire on them.
