Police probe unnatural death

Police are investigating the unnatural death of Anthony Beetram Bradshaw, 60, of College Savannah , St John that occurred around 4 p.m. on Sunday at Consett Bay, St John.
According to lawmen, Bradshaw was seen entering the water in the area of the jetty around 3:50 p.m. A few minutes later he appeared to be in some difficulty and a resident from the area assisted him and brought him to shore.
Personnel from the Barbados Ambulance Service went to the scene but found no signs of life.
Bradshaw was subsequently pronounced dead by a medical doctor.
Anyone with information that can assist with the investigations is asked to call the District ‘C’ Police Station at 418-8200, Police Emergency 211, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477 or the nearest police station.
