Roshawn Jaeir Kangal, 19, of McCleans Gap, Silver Sands, and Xenico O’Neil Moore, 24, of Vauxhall today appeared before Magistrate Deidre McKenna in the Oistins Magistrates’ Court. They are jointly facing 19 charges: four counts of endangering the lives of Lamar Waithe, Oneil Campbell, Miguel Daniel, and Coby Noble; serious bodily harm of Andrea Bailey; three aggravated criminal damage charges; affray; two counts of possession of firearms; possession of 34 rounds of ammunition; unlawful use of firearm; use of a firearm to commit serious bodily harm; use of a firearm to commit the offence of endangering life; use of a firearm to commit aggravated criminal damage; use of a firearm to commit the offence of affray; and use of a firearm at Silver Sands and affray at Silver Sands – all on November 2. Kangal is separately charged with eight other offences: possession of a firearm at Silver Sands and possession of 24 rounds of ammunition on November 2; endangering the life of Omari Chase at McCleans Gap, Silver Sands and use of firearm on August 16; possession of a firearm; robbery and use of a firearm on September 28; and escaping legal custody on September 1. Moore also has two separate charges of possession of a firearm at Silver Sands, Christ Church and possession of 24 rounds of ammunition. They are scheduled to reappear at the District ‘B’ Magistrate court on Monday, November 18 and the District ‘A’ Magistrate’s court on Tuesday, November 19 and the Oistins Magistrate’s court on Friday, December 20.
