Sixteen-year-old student Jaheim Machiah Mitchell, of Bartletts Tenantry, Sargeants Village, Christ Church, Sharal Shem Rashad Bostic, 20 and Shavonte Raymar Bostic, 18, both of Goddard’s Road, Carrington Village, St Michael were charged that on February 13, being present together, they used unlawful violence and their conduct taken together was such that would cause Rekelme Chase to fear for his safety. The charge was indictable and the accused were not required to plead. Shavonte Bostic was also charged with the indictable offence of unlawfully and maliciously wounding Chase on the same date. After there was no objection to bail, the chief magistrate released Mitchell and Sharal Bostic on $5 000 bail each, while Shavonte Bostic’s bail was set at $7 000. The three were placed on a 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew and the matter was adjourned until July 15.
