The event, organised by the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, aims to promote sustainable living practices. Participants included representatives from the Barbados Fair Trading Commission, the National Standards Institute, and the Office of Public Counsel. Discussions covered a range of topics, including the benefits of eating locally-produced food, food fraud prevention, and the importance of proper food labeling.
