Hurley, 27, is accused of the January 9 murder of Vere Hoyte that occurred at Checker Hall Cross Road, St Lucy. He has also been charged with endangering the life of Omar Hamilton and use of a firearm on January 9. Hurley is scheduled to return to court on Monday, April 14.
