At approximately 2:07 a.m., police responded to reports of shots being fired in the neighborhood. Upon arrival, officers discovered that a house was damaged. A female occupant of the residence suffered a facial injury after being struck by a fragment, caused by the gunfire. Police are continuing investigations into the incident and are appealing to the public for assistance.
