After spending seven weeks on remand, Blackman, of Denton Road, Grazettes, St Michael, reappeared before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes in the No. 1 District โAโ Magistratesโ Court on Monday and was granted bail after there were no objections from the prosecutor. He is charged with causing serious bodily harm to Whiniki Morris-Buntin with intent to maim, disfigure, or disable him on February 5. Magistrate Weekes adjourned the matter until August 12 and informed the 20-year-old to stay away from Morris-Buntin and his family, including via social media.
