Reginald David Phillips, of 10A Ivy Housing Area, was last seen around 6 p.m. last Friday at the home he shares with his wife and children. His daughter, Dahlia Phillips, who lives overseas, told Barbados TODAY that her father went missing during her trip to visit family. She said that when he was last seen, he was wearing light brown trousers and a light green shirt. Describing the family’s emotional state as they await news about the elderly man, who suffers from hypertension and has been diagnosed with dementia, she said, “It’s distressing.” Phillips confirmed that the matter was immediately reported to The Barbados Police Service, and the family is anxiously waiting for updates. Her father is approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, has a dark complexion, a slim build, and a full head of grey hair.
