Kadeem Stephen Shamere Lewis, of Bourne’s Land, Silver Sands, Christ Church, appeared before Magistrate Alison Burke in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court on Friday and initially denied stealing five bottles of brandy valued $912.87, belonging to Wine World on March 19. However, he subsequently admitted to the theft. He also owned up to stealing three bottles of whiskey, valued $261.75, belonging to Sam’s Minimart Limited on April 16. Magistrate Burke remanded him to Dodds Prison until May 8 pending sentencing.
