Police say Forde was driving a motorcar that was involved in the collision with an omnibus. Initial investigations suggest that both vehicles were travelling in opposite directions at the time of the incident. Forde succumbed to injuries sustained at the scene. The driver of the bus and a passenger sought private medical attention after complaining of minor injuries. Authorities are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision to contact District ‘C’ Police Station at 416-8200 or 416-8201.
