Kamilah Marilyn Orna McCaskie, 37; Orna Antonette McCaskie, 64; and David Silvester McCaskie, 70, all residents of Hinkson Gap, Danesbury, Black Rock, St Michael, appeared before the No. 1 District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court. They are charged with assaulting Mark Thompson, causing him actual bodily harm on July 8. David McCaskie additionally denied damaging a motor van belonging to Thompson on the same day, with intent or reckless disregard for damage. Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes granted each accused $4 000 bail and ordered them to keep away from the complainant. The case was transferred to the District ‘A’ Traffic Court and will continue on October 17.
