The deceased has been identified as Kishmar Decarlos Hall, of no fixed place of abode. Reports are that around 4:52 a.m., police received information that a body was found unresponsive under a shed along Bedford Lane, Green Field, St Michael. Upon their arrival, ambulance personnel examined Hall and found no signs of life. A medical doctor later visited the scene and officially pronounced him dead. The body was identified by a family member.
