On Friday, Zulu hosted an official site visit with representatives from key national service agencies, including The Barbados Police Service, the Barbados Fire Service, emergency responders, and other stakeholders. The walk-through was held to ensure that the venue setup and event logistics meet the highest safety and operational standards for all attendees, performers, and staff. Also in attendance were event vendors, who were able to view their assigned spaces and familiarise themselves with the layout ahead of the big day. With safety and logistics locked in, the team at Zulu Entertainment is now laser-focused on delivering a world-class production. “We’re ready to give Barbados a show to remember,” said Logistics Manager of Zulu Entertainment, Shane Archer. “Everything is coming together beautifully from sound and staging to safety and crowd experience.
