The Barbados Police Service said that members of its Narcotics Unit arrested and formally charged Krystal Debra Harewood of 2nd Avenue, Parris Gap, Westbury Road, St Michael, in relation to the offences committed on October 29, 2025. Harewood was charged with possession of cannabis, trafficking of cannabis, intent to supply, and importation of cannabis. Police said the drugs weighed approximately 4.4 kilogrammes, and have an estimated street value of $35,200. She appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the District ‘F’ Magistrates’ Court on Friday, October 31, where she pleaded guilty to the offences. Harewood was granted bail in the sum of $4,000 and the matter was transferred to the District ‘B’ Magistrates’ Court for February 12, 2026.
