Police say Raquan Ricardo Clarke, of #38 6th Avenue, North Wildey, St Michael, will answer the charges when he appears in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court today, Tuesday, December 2. Clarke was arrested and formally charged by the Financial Crime Investigations Unit (FCIU) in connection with offences committed between May and October 2025 across several police districts.
