With all traditional berths occupied, the Marella Explorer was accommodated at the newly commissioned Berth 6, where full homeporting operations were carried out, including the embarkation and disembarkation of passengers as well as the loading of supplies. The other vessels calling at port were the Crystal Serenity, Celebrity Ascent, Carnival Venezia and Costa Deliziosa, all on transit calls. Total passenger arrivals for the day stood at 11 472, the highest recorded for any single day so far this winter season. The Port of Bridgetown is projecting 438 cruise ship calls for the current season, an increase from the 388 recorded during winter 2024/25.
