In a statement issued on Wednesday, the ministry said the adjustment is being made under the Minimum Wage Act, 2017-4. The draft Minimum Wage (National and Sectoral Minimum Wage) Order is available on the ministryโs website atย www.labour.gov.bbย and the Barbados Government Information Service website atย www.gisbarbados.gov.bb. Members of the public may submit objections up to January 18, 2026, in accordance with Section 7 of the Act, via email toย ps@labour.gov.bb,ย mrsu@labour.gov.bbย andย clo@labour.gov.bb.
