First-time mom welcomes baby girl on Christmas morning

A Christmas morning surprise brought immense joy to first-time mother Tameisha Forde, who welcomed a healthy baby girl — her “perfect Christmas gift.”

Speaking about the early arrival, as her baby was originally due in January, a delighted Forde said she was overjoyed by the little one’s safe arrival.

Nursing Officer Hilda Dyall revealed that by midday, two other women had already gone into labour, with more expected before the day’s end. (SZB)
