Hassan Gregg O’Neil Alleyne, of Grants Avenue, Bayville, St Michael, appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick on Friday and admitted to charges of possession, trafficking, intent to supply and importation of cannabis. Police said the offences were committed on December 30, 2025, and involved 3.20 kilogrammes of suspected cannabis with an estimated street value of $25 600. Alleyne was fined $10 000, which must be paid within three months. Failure to do so will result in a nine-month sentence at the Barbados Prison Service, Dodds.
