Andrews, of #2 Tamarind Avenue, Culloden Road, St Michael, is described as being of medium build with an oval face, broad nose, small eyes, thick lips, and brown complexion. He is urged to present himself to the Sex Crimes and Trafficking Unit or the Financial Investigations Unit at Central Police Station, Coleridge Street, St Michael, accompanied by an attorney of his choice. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 430-7333, 430-7194, 211, 1-800-8477, or the nearest police station.
