Keimar Orlando Payne, of 1st Avenue, Eckstein Village, St Michael, was charged by the Barbados Police Serviceโs Serious Organised Crime Unit (SOCU) in connection with an incident on March 14. He appeared before Chief Magistrate Deidre McKenna in the Oistins Magistratesโ Court on Thursday, March 19, where he was not required to plead to the indictable offences.
