Kyle Xavier Bailey, 23, of Claybury, St John; Jamal Tyrone Agard, 34, of Philips Road, Cleavers Hill, St Joseph; Marlon Dale Romario Reid, 26, of Claybury, St John; and Dashon Kobi Inniss, 23, of Branchbury, St Joseph, appeared before Magistrate Alison Burke in the District โAโ Traffic Court on Saturday in connection with offences allegedly committed on April 25. Bailey, Agard, Reid and Inniss were jointly charged with possession of cannabis, possession of cannabis with intent to supply, trafficking cannabis, possession of three firearms and possession of 12 rounds of ammunition. Reid was also separately charged with possession of a firearm and possession of 17 rounds of ammunition. Police said the total estimated weight of the suspected cannabis was 499.15 kilogrammes, with an estimated street value of $3 494 050. The accused were not required to plead, as the offences are indictable. They were remanded to the Barbados Prison Service (Dodds).
