Devon Akaya Daisley, 28, appeared in the No. 1 District โAโ Magistratesโ Court before acting Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick charged that last Tuesday, he was in possession of a firearm and seven rounds of ammunition. He is also accused that, between February 8 and 13 2025, he dishonestly assisted in the retention of a motor car valued at $32 000 and four keys valued at $400 belonging to Shane Garner and Melissa Garner, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods. All of the charges are indictable and no pleas were taken. The accused returns to court on June 11.
