The Barbados Police Service said Dwayne Demar Garnes of Block 20D Haynesville was formally charged with the murder of Andre Maynard, who died following an incident in the district on May 19. Garnes is scheduled to appear in the Holetown Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, May 26. Maynard, 38, of Redmans Village, St Thomas, was pronounced dead at the scene after police responded to reports of a dispute involving two men in Haynesville.
