Peace and Love, Police advance in knock out tournament

The national pair of Colton CC Crichlow and Thomas Beardy Clarke, along with teammates Duane Johnson and Jeremy Angry Jordan slammed 15 points each to steer Peace & Love to a comfortable 63-51 point victory over Eastbourne when the Emmerson Mellows knock out domino tournament continued over the weekend.

Police were also in top form as they dismissed Buzo Osteria Welchman Hall 71- 38. 

In related news, despite a 16-point effort from Mona Layne and Chad Short Pants Niles, A&B Pest Control Vauxhall still went down 70-59 to Barbados Energy Company Limited (BNECL).

HIV Commission Hillside were also among the winners following a 75-49 win over St Joseph, while French Village edged Spring Cottage 68-66 in a tense, nail biting game.

RM Cleaners slammed De Clique 72-33, while Carlton & A1 Braves defeated  Powerade Locked & Loaded 70-62.

The tournament will take a break on June 14 for the Domino Association’s mixed pairs tournament.
