Mahindra Alexander Thomas of Emmerton Lane, Chapman Lane, St Michael appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the No. 2 District โAโ Magistratesโ Court, accused of using a firearm by discharging it whilst committing the indictable offence of affray on June 3. No plea was taken on the indictable charge.
