PhD Hoops claim convincing win, tie Barbados Series

PhD Hoops USA slammed NSC Tridents 97-63 in the final game of the PhD Hoops 2026 Barbados Series on Sunday.

That result ensured the annual series finished at two games apiece.

Playing at the Barbados Community College, PhD Hoops never looked back after rushing to a 21-4 first half lead and even though Tridents fought back somewhat, the scores read 43-27 at half time and 65-40 at the end of the third quarter.

Jagger Rogers top scored with 23 points for PhD, while Malik Moore added 18 and Rodney Wilkes 17.

Darreon Griffin was the lone Tridents player to get into double figures with 20 points.
