The leaders are part of a tightly packed group at the summit, with the top three teams all on six points. RF Prime holds the advantage on goal difference over second-placed Mavericks, who have played three matches compared with RF Prime’s two. Third placed Paradise have also played just two games, with their most recent being a 3-0 win over Mavericks, at the BFA Technical Centre on Sunday. Acacia Small led the way with two goals, while Denea Payne grabbed the other. Going into this week’s games, Empire are fourth on three points, just ahead of fourth placed Technique who also have three points, but a lesser goal difference. FVFC Femini are sixth, Whitehall seventh and Police eighth, with the bottom three clubs all yet to get off the mark.
