Heal, a 45-year-old driving instructor of College, Savannah, St John, is accused of stealing a quantity of fruits and vegetables, packs of stew, beef, pork, pork shoulder, quarter-pound burgers, snacks, cans of tuna and corned beef, and other food items all valued at $1 058, belonging to Massy Supercentre Warrens, on July 27, 2025. She pleaded not guilty to the charge. When the case was again called in the No. 1 District โAโ Magistratesโ Court, Sergeant Reginald Blackman requested an adjournment, saying that no file had yet been produced. Healโs attorney, Senior Counsel Mitchell Gittens, however, insisted that the case was a simple one before asking for it to be dismissed. โWe have been coming here for sometime and we donโt even have partial disclosure.โ she said.
