Shaquille Tremaine Layne appeared before Magistrate Jared Richards in the District โAโ Traffic Court charged with having a firearm and six rounds of ammunition on September 10. The 32-year-old of Ocean View was not required to plead, as the charges are indictable. Layne, who is represented by Senior Counsel Angella Mitchell-Gittens, will reappear in the Bridgetown court on October 12.
