McKerie Keko Humphrey, 25, of September Square, 4th Avenue Hart’s Gap, Christ Church is accused of causing a public nuisance by allowing loud music to emanate from the shop owned Hazel Donna Greenidge on June 2. Meantime, Greenidge, the 47-year-old proprietor from Block 11B Bottom Close, Wildley, St Michael is also accused of causing a public nuisance when she allowed the loud music from her shop on the same date. The two were not required to plead to the separate charges when they appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick. They will make their next court appearance on October 7.
