Paul Dwight Alleyne alias Bashment Monkey, of Eckstein Village, Tudor Bridge, St Michael is accused of damaging a gate belonging to Lloyd Brathwaite, a vehicle belonging to Lindell Earle and a vehicle belonging to Leon Wood. The offences are alleged to have occured on August 15. It is further alleged that on the same day he assaulted Roy Boyce, Lindell Earle and Winston Cox, occasioningย him actual bodily harm. Alleyne, is also charged with using motor vehicle B-85 on Kendal Hill Road about 9:40 a.m. when it was not insuredย and he fraudulently used the plates B 85. The accused pleaded not guilty to all the charges when he appeared before the Oistins Magistrates’ Court this afternoon. There was no objection to bail from the prosecutor Sergeant St Clair Phillips and Alleyne, who is represented by attorney-at-law Angella Mitchell-Gittens, secured the sum with one surety. With a warning not to interfere or harass any of the complainants in the matter he was released to reappear before the court on November 17.
