The man was found wandering on the compound of the Winston Scott Polyclinic around 6:55 a.m. today. According to police, the man appears to be between the ages of 14-16 and is non-verbal. He is about five feet, five inches tall and is dark in complexion. He is wearing a green and white seamless jersey, a black three-quarter pants and black slippers. Anyone who can identify this man is asked to contact the Hastings/Worthing Police at 430-7614.
