He is Kenrick Welch, 60, of Waterford, St Michael, Police spokesman Station Sergeant (Ag) Michael Blackman has disclosed. Welch was reported missing by a family member on Monday. Blackman said police at the District “F”/Belleplaine Station received a report around 10:30 a.m. that the naked body of a male was seen lying among the rocks at the beach.
