The woman, who is in her late 60s, is on remand at Dodds charged in connection with the murder of her 68-year-old spouse, Cecil Miller, whose body was discovered by police in the couple’s home. The accused, a resident of No. 92, 5th Avenue Rowans Park North, St George, allegedly committed the capital offence between September 17 and 18, 2018. Before Justice Carlisle Greaves on Wednesday, her attorney-at-law Arthur Holder disclosed that the presentencing and psychological reports ordered on his client had been received. He, however, asked to question the doctor who conducted one of the assessments on certain matters. As such, Justice Greaves adjourned the case, which is being prosecuted by Senior Crown Counsel Neville Watson, until April 25 for mention.
