It was a grand celebration for the students of Wesley Hall School today. Parents, old scholars and neighbours took to the streets to fete the champions of this year’s Chefette/Frosteez National Primary Schools’ Athletic Championship (NAPSAC). The Wesley Hall boys reigned supreme, scoring 117 points to beat Luther Thorne Memorial (83 points) and Bayley’s Primary (77 points) into second and third place, respectively.
Principal Herbert Gittens, who is also a longstanding member of the NAPSAC organising committee, was over the moon that his charges excelled this year. He praised their hard work, sacrifice and determination.
