Guyana’s delegation includes Attorney General Anil Nandlall and Minister of Foreign Affairs Hugh Todd. President Maduro’s delegation includes his Vice President Delcy Rodriguez. Prime Minister Mia Mottley is also attending the meeting. Ahead of the meeting, Mottley said there would be no quick fix to the dispute.
