When she appeared before Magistrate Alison Burke in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court on Thursday, Demetria Kleem Sergeant of Coral Land Haggatt Hall, St Michael, pleaded not guilty to assaulting Alison Clarke on December 5, 2023, occasioning her actual bodily harm. She also denied damaging one cell phone and a pair of spectacles belonging to Clarke. The accused is represented by Senior Counsel Angella Mitchell-Gittens. The matter was adjourned to June 28, 2024.
